I want to learn how businesses can grow while giving more back to people and the planet than they take.

I'm 18 and in my final year at Lánczos Kornél Gimnázium in Székesfehérvár, in the German-language section. Before that, I went to a Baptist Hungarian–English bilingual primary school, so speaking English feels natural to me, and I already passed my advanced-level English Matura in 2025. My siblings live and study abroad, and an international environment has always been part of my life.
I started working early. Since 2023 I've been part of the team at an Italian café in Gárdony, I spent two summers in marketing and PR at UNIQA Insurance, and I've volunteered twice at the European Organisation Design Forum's annual conference, most recently in Athens. All of it taught me the same thing: a good team and real trust make work meaningful. I'm curious how companies work, and lately how they can cut waste, from food waste to emissions.
Companies decide what gets made, how it travels and what happens to it afterwards. At UNIQA I saw how a company's communication shapes what people think of it. Volunteering at the European Organisation Design Forum showed me how organisations can be built around people. I want to bring the two together, for the planet as well.
Designing products and services so materials stay in use and waste becomes a resource.
Seeing the people and places behind every product, and making the whole chain more transparent.
Sustainability reporting that turns good intentions into numbers a company can act on.
Learning from best practice around the world in an international, English-speaking classroom.
